The Problem

When your team grows, accountability breaks.

Solo sellers don't need an audit log. The moment you add a second person, you do.

๐Ÿคท

"Who changed that price?"

You log in Monday morning. A listing is priced wrong. You didn't change it. Your VA says she didn't. Your inventory manager says he didn't. The marketplace doesn't show internal edits. The mystery wastes an afternoon.

๐ŸŒ€

Sync mysteries with no timeline

A status flips on Shopify, an inventory count drops on Amazon, a product disappears from TikTok. Was it the platform? A teammate? An automatic sync? Without a single timeline of system events, you can't tell what happened or when, and you can't fix what you can't see.

๐Ÿ“‹

Compliance and accountability demand a paper trail

For brands with investors, board members, or wholesale buyers asking about pricing decisions, "I think Carla updated it sometime in March" doesn't cut it. You need timestamps. You need names. You need details.

Process Log

The system events behind every action.

The Audit Trail tells you what happened. The Process Log tells you what the system did about it. Open any action to see the row-level outcome, plus the exact error if anything failed.

  • โœ“
Three clear outcome states. Every Process Log entry is marked Complete, Partial Complete, or Failed so you can see at a glance whether an action succeeded, partially worked, or didn't go through.
  • โœ“
System-initiated events captured. Inventory decrements from new orders, status changes from platform sync, and other background updates.
  • โœ“
Process Log IDs. Every action gets a unique ID for support tickets, audits, and follow-up.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Can audit entries be edited or deleted?
No. Audit log entries are immutable. Once written, they can be viewed but never modified or removed. This is what makes the log trustworthy for compliance and investor diligence.
Is the audit log available on the free plan?
User Audit Trail and Process Log are available on every paid plan. The free plan has limited history. We recommend upgrading to Starter ($49/mo) or higher for full audit retention.
Can I get notified when specific actions happen?
Audit-driven alerts (e.g., "notify me when a team member deletes a product" or "alert if a bulk price change exceeds 20%") are on the roadmap. Today, the audit log is review-based, not alert-based.
