Frequently asked questions

Does inventory sync go both ways?

Yes. When you update inventory inside LinkSyncSell, it pushes to the selected platforms via API. LinkSyncSell syncs inventory automatically once per day.

Is Status Manager available on the free plan?

Yes. Status Manager is included on every plan, including Free. The free plan supports up to 10 products and 2 platform integrations.

What about Shopify's native bulk tools?

Shopify does not offer bulk status or inventory updates inside its own seller dashboard. Status Manager is the missing bulk tool for Shopify sellers, plus every other platform you sell on.

How long does a bulk update take?

Bulk update time depends on the number of products being updated. Small batches (a handful of products) typically push to the marketplaces within a few minutes. Larger batches (hundreds or thousands of products) are queued and processed in the background and may take longer to complete. You can leave the page and check progress in the Process Log.
