Frequently asked questions

What file format is supported for import?
XLSX (Excel native). The same format as the export, which means you can export, edit, and re-import without conversion. CSV imports are also supported with the same column structure.
Can I import for just one platform at a time?
Yes. The XLSX has per-platform columns (Shopify price, Amazon price, Faire wholesale, etc.). Only the columns you fill in get pushed. Leave the other platforms' columns blank and they're untouched.
Is Bulk Export/Import available on the free plan?
Basic export is available on every plan. Bulk import and the Export Center retention are part of paid plans (Starter, $49/mo, and up). The free plan supports manual UI editing for up to 10 products.
