Overview
The Expense & Profit Calculator is your financial command center. It helps you understand whether you're actually making money - not just generating revenue - on every product you sell, across every platform you sell on.
Unlike the Price Manager (which lets you change prices), this page is purely analytical. It doesn't push any data to your platforms. Think of it as a real-time profitability dashboard where you can plug in your costs and instantly see your estimated profit and margin, platform by platform. The cost values you set here also update the estimated profit and margin shown on the Price Manager page, so your pricing decisions stay grounded in the same numbers.
What You Can Do Here
- View revenue, expenses, and estimated profit for every product variant, per platform
- Switch between Summary View (a quick snapshot of costs and estimated profit margins, grouped by Expense Group) and Detailed View (every individual Expense Cost that feeds your margins)
- Organize your costs into Expense Groups (e.g., COGS, Fulfillment, Platform Fees)
- Simulate profitability before committing to changes
- Add your own custom expense categories
- Bulk-update cost values across your catalog
- Export your profit data for accounting or analysis
