Unshipped Orders Summary Widget
Overview
The Unshipped Orders Summary shows all orders that haven't been fulfilled yet, grouped by who's responsible for fulfilling them.
Two Types of Unshipped Orders
Seller-Fulfilled Orders
These are orders you need to fulfill yourself - typically shipped from your warehouse, studio, or a 3rd-party fulfillment partner. These require action from you.
Platform-Fulfilled Orders
These are orders where the platform handles fulfillment (e.g., Amazon FBA, TikTok Shop). You've already sent inventory to the platform's warehouse, and they ship it when an order comes in. These are informational - you don't need to pack and ship anything yourself.
Cutoff Date
You can set a Cutoff Date so that only orders created on or after that date are included in the summary. This is useful if you don't want old or historical orders cluttering your view.
How to Use It
- Check the Seller-Fulfilled section daily for orders that need packing and shipping
- Set the Cutoff Date to your last fulfillment run so you only see new orders
- Platform-Fulfilled counts are there for awareness - useful for monitoring inventory depletion at Amazon/TikTok warehouses
