Orders & Sync
Overview
Fixes for orders or revenue that look missing, delayed, or out of date.
Revenue or orders show zero even though I've had sales.
Order data syncs on a continuous schedule. Shopify and TikTok deliver orders within seconds via webhooks, while Amazon and Faire are polled about every 15 minutes, so very recent orders may not have arrived yet. Confirm the platform is connected and check the Process Log if it persists. Note: The Free plan does not sync any order data, so if you're on Free, orders and revenue will always show zero regardless of your sales - this requires a paid plan.
My order count looks lower than what the platform shows.
This is usually a timing or timezone difference. Orders sync continuously and all dates are shown in your company timezone, so a recent order may not have synced yet, or it may fall on a different day in your timezone.
A connected platform isn't appearing in a filter dropdown.
The platform may have been connected recently and is still syncing. Refresh the page, and confirm it shows as connected under Catalog > Connect Platforms.
A sync doesn't seem to be picking up my latest changes.
For product and inventory changes, use Sync Product Changes in the Product Attribute Editor to pull the latest immediately (available once per hour per platform), then check the Process Log to confirm it completed. Order data has no manual fetch - it arrives via webhooks (Shopify, TikTok) or the 15-minute polling cycle (Amazon, Faire), so for a missing order, wait for the next sync rather than triggering one.
