Status & Inventory
Overview
Fixes for status and inventory that look wrong or won't update.
Statuses look wrong or out of date.
Status and inventory refresh automatically once a day (around 4 AM in your company's timezone), so most data catches up on its own. To pull the latest data on demand, go to the Product Attribute Editor and click Sync Product Changes (this is available once per hour per platform). If the issue persists, check the Process Log for sync errors.
A status or inventory change isn't appearing on the platform.
Open the Process Log to confirm the update was sent and to see any platform error. Some platforms also review changes before they go live, so the update may be pending on the platform side.
I can't change my Amazon listing's status.
This is an Amazon restriction, not a LinkSyncSell limitation. Amazon listing status cannot be changed through the API or any third-party tool, so activate, deactivate, or change status directly in Amazon Seller Central.
A platform's column isn't showing in the table.
The platform may not be connected yet (check Catalog > Connect Platforms), or its columns may be hidden. Use the column-management button to make sure that platform's columns are set to visible.
A bulk update is taking a long time.
Small batches push within a few minutes. Larger batches (hundreds or thousands of products) are queued and processed in the background. You can leave the page and check progress in the Process Log.
