Filtering, Syncing & Exporting Orders

Overview

The order table can be filtered, sorted, and exported to help you manage your order flow efficiently.

Filtering Orders

Use the filter bar to narrow down your view by:

Platform (Shopify, Amazon, TikTok Shop, Faire)
Created At date range
Updated At date range
Order Status
Subtotal range
Grand Total range
Payment Status
Fulfillment Status
Marketplace Region
Refunds Present

Order Sync

Different platforms sync differently:

Webhook-enabled platforms (like Shopify) push order data in near-real time
API-polled platforms sync order data every 30 minutes

Each order row shows a "Last successful order sync" so you know how fresh the data is.

Because of API rate limits and polling schedules, there may be a short delay between an order being placed and it appearing in LinkSyncSell. For time-sensitive orders, always check the source platform if you need immediate confirmation.

Exporting Orders

Select the orders you want to export using the checkboxes (or select all)
Click Export
The export job is sent to the Export Center - go there to download your file when it's ready
