Common questions about the LinkSyncSell mobile app.

Do I need a paid plan to use the app?

The app is free to download from the App Store and Google Play, and you can log in with any plan. However, the free plan does not import orders, so on the free plan there are no order notifications, no order reporting, and no order view in the app - those require a paid plan.

How do I log in to the app?

Use the same email and password you use on the LinkSyncSell website. Your website login is your app login; there is no separate account.

Why don't I see any orders, notifications, or reporting in the app?

This almost always means you are on the free plan, which does not import orders. Upgrade to a paid plan to enable order notifications, order reporting, and the order view.

Are these native apps or web wrappers?

They are real iOS and Android apps you install from the App Store and Google Play, built with Capacitor. Push notifications are delivered through the native notification system, so order alerts arrive even when the app is closed.

Can I take action on orders from the app, or is it view-only?

The app is currently focused on visibility: alerts, revenue, the order list, and per-platform reporting. Bulk actions and editing happen on the desktop dashboard. In-app order actions are on the roadmap.

How fast are order alerts?

Alerts are sent as soon as LinkSyncSell receives the order. Shopify and TikTok use webhooks, so their orders arrive within seconds. Other platforms (Amazon and Faire) are polled every 15 minutes, so their alerts can take up to about 15 minutes.

Can I turn off notifications?

Yes. You can disable push notifications from the app's settings, and the standard iOS and Android notification controls also apply.
