Home Dashboard & Reporting
Overview
The Home dashboard and the Reporting tab give you your sales and revenue at a glance, with the same data you see in Reporting Analytics on the web.
Home Dashboard
The Home screen shows:
- Total Revenue, Total Count of Orders, and Average Order Value
- A toggle between Revenue and Count of Orders
- A Revenue by Hour chart, broken down by your connected platforms
- Your Latest Orders
Use the platform and date filters (and the Compare to option) at the top to scope the view, for example comparing a day to the day or week before.
Latest Orders
The Latest Orders list shows recent orders with the order number, platform, status, and amount. Tap any order to open its full details. The Latest Orders section only appears if your account has permission to view orders. Below the list, tap View All Orders to open the full order list.
Reporting Analytics
The Reporting tab shows the By Hour Revenue and Count of Orders report: the same KPIs, a revenue-by-hour chart, and a detailed hourly table (date, hour, order count, and revenue). You can also tap View Hourly Report from the Home screen to open it.
When you select one or more platforms in the filter, the hourly table splits the order count and revenue into per-platform columns. With no platform selected it shows combined totals.
