Single Platform Products
Overview
The Single Platform Products tab shows Master Products that have a Platform Listing on only one of your connected platforms. These are products you're selling on, say, Shopify, but not on Amazon, TikTok Shop, or Faire.
Why this tab exists
Single-platform products are not necessarily a problem, but they're worth reviewing periodically. Three things to look out for:
- Items you intentionally only sell on one platform. For example, a Shopify-only bundle or a Faire-only wholesale item. These should stay where they are.
- Items that should be on more platforms. You may discover you forgot to publish a top seller to TikTok Shop, or that an Amazon listing was never created.
- Items that should have been linked but weren't. If a product on Shopify and a near-identical product on Amazon both show up in this tab, that's a sign the auto-link didn't catch them (usually because of differing SKUs). You can then jump over to Listings That Need Attention or the Master Product List to manually link them.
How to use this tab
- Go to Catalog > Link Products.
- Click the Single Platform Products tab.
- Scan the list, sorted by platform or by product name.
- Use the search and filter bar above the list to narrow down a large catalog before you start reviewing.
- For each product, decide whether to:
- Leave it as-is (intentionally single-platform), or
- Expand it to another platform by creating a new listing on that platform (which can be done from the Product Attribute Editor), or
- Link it to an existing Master Product that already has listings on other platforms. Click Reassign in the Action column - this opens a short wizard that lets you pick the target Master Product, map the variants to the correct Master Variants, and confirm.
Tips & Notes
Troubleshooting
A product shows up here even though I have it on multiple platforms.
The listings on the other platforms aren't linked to the same Master Product, so each one counts as its own single-platform product. This usually happens when the auto-link couldn't match them (typically because the SKUs differ). Switch to the Master Product List tab and search for the product to confirm which platforms have a linked listing. In most cases the "missing" listing is right here in the Single Platform Products tab as its own separate entry - use the Reassign action in the Action column to link the two together. Only if a listing has no SKU (or a duplicate SKU) will it instead appear under Listings That Need Attention.
