Master Product List Tab
Overview
The Master Product List tab is your full, cross-platform catalog view. Each row represents one Master Product. The row spans across columns for each connected platform (Shopify, Amazon, TikTok Shop, Faire), showing which Platform Listing is linked to that Master Product on each channel.
What you'll see
For every Master Product row, the table displays:
- Master Products columns: Photo, Master Product Name, Master Variant Name, and SKU.
- Platform columns (one group per connected platform), Product Title, Variant Name, SKU, Price, and Action.
A blank cell under a platform means no listing on that platform is linked to this Master Product. A filled cell means a Platform Listing is linked.
Display with Variants toggle
Above the table, you can toggle between two views:
- Display with Variants ON (default): each row represents a Master Variant. Best when you want to see exact size, color, or SKU-level matches across platforms.
- Display with Variants OFF: each row represents a Master Product (variant rows are collapsed). Best when you want a high-level catalog view and don't need variant detail.
Reviewing your catalog
Walk through the list and confirm:
- The Master Product Name and image look correct.
- The Platform Listings under each platform column belong to that Master Product.
- A Master Variant row is matched to the same physical variant (size, color, etc.) on every platform.
If something looks wrong, see Reassigning, Unlinking & Creating Master Products for the actions you can take.
Search, filters, and sorting
You can:
- Search by Master Product name, variant name, or SKU.
- Filter the list using the filter builder above the table.
- Sort by Master Product Name (and by Price, Product Status, or Inventory within a platform column).
Tips & Notes
Troubleshooting
I see two Master Products that should be one.
Open one of them and unlink its Platform Listings, then reassign each Platform Listing to the other Master Product. Once a Master Product has no listings left, it is removed automatically - there is no manual delete step. See Reassigning, Unlinking & Creating Master Products.
A Master Product is showing the wrong photo.
The photo comes from the linked Platform Listings. Updating the listing's image on the platform and syncing again will refresh it. You can also pick the canonical image inside the Master Product detail page (see Creating and Managing Master Products).
