Search, Filters, Sorting & Column Management (Status Manager)
Overview
The Status Manager has powerful tools to help you find exactly what you're looking for - even when you have thousands of products across multiple platforms. You can search by product name, filter by status or listing issues, sort by key columns, and customize which columns are visible.
Searching
Use the Search bar at the top of the Status Manager table (it reads "Search & Filter Products") to find listings by name.
The search bar matches against:
- Master Product name
- Product (listing) name on the connected platforms
- Variant names
Filtering
Click Add Filter to narrow down what's shown in the table. Filters are grouped into a General section and per-platform sections based on the platforms you've connected.
Commonly used filters include:
- SKU - find listings by one or more variant SKUs
- Master Product - filter to specific Master Products
- Product Status - filter by listing status (per platform)
- Has Listing Issues - shows only listings with sync errors or data issues that need your attention (Yes / No)
- Creation Date / Last Modified - filter by date
- Variant Status - on platforms that support per-variant statuses
- Sell when OOS? and other Shopify-specific filters (Vendor, Product Type, Collection Type, Tag) when Shopify is connected
Filters can be combined with each other and with the search bar for precise results.
Sorting
Sorting is done from the Sort button (the sort icon next to the search and filter controls), not by clicking column headers.
- Click the Sort button to open the sort menu.
- Pick the field you want to sort by.
- Choose Sort Ascending or Sort Descending.
You can sort by:
- Master Product Name
- Product Status
- Inventory
- Sell When OOS (Shopify listings)
- Fulfillment (Amazon listings)
Sorting helps you quickly spot patterns - for example, sorting by Inventory to see your lowest-stock listings first.
Managing Columns (Show/Hide)
If the table feels cluttered or you want to focus on specific platforms, you can show or hide columns.
- Click the column management icon near the table controls (hover text: "Hide or show columns in the table to tailor the view to your preferences").
- A list of available columns appears, organized into platform groups.
- Check the columns you want to see and uncheck the ones you want to hide.
- You can toggle entire platform groups on or off - useful when you want to focus on just one or two marketplaces at a time.
Selections Persist Across Pages
When you're selecting listings for a bulk action, you don't need to do everything on a single page. Your selections stay active as you move between pages of the table.
Here's how that works in practice:
- Go to page 1 of the table and check the listings you want to select.
- Click to go to page 2.
- Check additional listings on page 2.
- Continue across as many pages as needed.
- When you're ready, apply your bulk action - it will apply to everything you've selected, across all pages.
Troubleshooting
I can't find a product in the table.
Try these in order:
- Clear all active filters - a filter you've forgotten about might be hiding the product.
- Use the SKU filter to search by SKU instead of typing the name in the search bar.
- Make sure the product is actually linked to a Master Product (check Catalog > Link Products).
Filters are showing no results.
Clear all active filters and try again. It's easy to accidentally apply a filter combination that returns zero results. Start fresh with no filters, then add them back one at a time.
A column I need is missing from the table.
Click the column management icon and make sure that column (or its platform group) is checked as visible. For platform-specific columns like Sell When Out of Stock or Variant Status, these only appear for the platforms that support them.
