Understanding the Unified Order View
Overview
The Unified Order View pulls together orders from every connected platform - Shopify, Amazon, TikTok Shop, and Faire - into one table. Instead of logging into each marketplace to check what's sold, everything is here in one place.
What You Can See
The order table shows:
- Platform - which marketplace the order came from
- Order ID - the platform-specific order identifier
- Order Creation Date - when the order was placed
- Updated At - when the order record was last refreshed
- Order Status - the platform's native status for this order
- Ship-By Date - the deadline for shipping (shown for Faire and Amazon orders where applicable)
- Fulfillment Status - open, pending, fulfilled, or canceled
- Buyer Name
- Shipping Address
- Subtotal, Shipping, Tax, Grand Total
- Payment Status
- Shipment Details - click to see Carrier, Tracking #, Shipped At, and Tracking URL
- Item Details - click to see itemized breakdown including Line Item ID, SKU, Product Title, Variant, Quantity, Unit Price, Line Total, Discounts, and Tax
- Order Note
- Marketplace Region
- Refunds Present
- Adjusted Total after Refunds
How to Access
Navigate to Orders in the left sidebar.
