Orders

Overview

The app brings your orders from every connected platform into one place, just like the web Unified Order View. Order data in the app requires a paid plan.

Unified Order View

The Orders screen lists your orders across platforms. Each order shows:

• Order number and platform
• Status (for example, Awaiting Shipment, On Hold, In Transit, Cancelled)
• Buyer name
• Created and ship-by dates
• Order amount

You can search and filter the list, and a timestamp shows when orders last synced.

Order Details

Tap an order to open its details:

• Status and order number
• Customer name and shipping address
• Order Summary with each line item, its SKU, and price
• Totals: Subtotal, Shipping, Tax, Discounts, and Grand Total

Order details in the app are read-only. Fulfillment happens on the desktop dashboard.
