Plans & Pricing

Updated July 2026 ยท Getting Started

Overview

Picking a plan should be the easy part of getting set up - and with LinkSyncSell, it is. Every paid plan gives you the full toolkit, so you're never stuck wondering whether the feature you need lives one tier higher. What changes between plans is how much you can manage: how many products, how many orders, how many selling platforms you can connect, and how many teammates can log in.

Here's everything you need to know to choose the right plan, scale it as you grow, and avoid billing surprises along the way.

The Free Plan

LinkSyncSell is free to start - $0/month, forever, with no commitment. The Free plan is designed for sellers who are just getting their multi-platform setup off the ground, or who want to kick the tires before committing.

A heads-up on payment details: when you activate the Free plan you'll be asked to add a card to your account. We don't charge it - the card is collected through a Stripe setup session so it's already on file the moment you decide to upgrade later. If you installed LinkSyncSell through the Shopify App Store, billing runs through Shopify and no card is needed to stay on Free.

On the Free plan you get:

  • Up to 2 connected selling platforms
  • Up to 10 products in your catalog
  • 1 user account
  • The full LinkSyncSell toolkit (more on that below)

A couple of fair-warnings about the Free plan: order import is turned off, and you can't buy extra integration slots or staff seats while you're on it. If you outgrow the 10-product limit or need to bring in a teammate, that's the signal it's time to move up.

Worth repeating: the card you attach during setup is never charged while you're on Free. The card sits on file until you choose to move to a paid plan - that's the only thing that triggers a charge.

What Every Plan Includes

Before we get into the paid tiers, it's worth saying out loud: the toolkit is the same on every plan, Free included. What you can do inside LinkSyncSell doesn't change as you move up - what changes is how much you can do at scale.

The toolkit covers:

  • Automatic Product Linking - groups the same product across platforms using SKU matching, with no manual work
  • Product Status Manager - review and update Active / Inactive / Draft listings across connected platforms from one place
  • Product Attribute Editor - edit titles, descriptions, attributes, and listing details and push changes back to your platforms
  • Price Manager - set and manage pricing across platforms with min/max safeguards to protect your margins
  • Expense & Profit Calculator - factor in real costs and see your true profit per product
  • Order import - on every paid plan (Free is the only exception)

With that out of the way, here's how the paid tiers differ.

The Paid Plans

This is where the old "Free vs All Inclusive" story stopped being accurate. LinkSyncSell now has seven paid tiers, and the differences between them are about capacity, not features - more products, more orders, more integrations, more seats.

Starter - $49/month

  • 200 products
  • 300 orders
  • 3 integrations
  • 2 staff accounts

Growth - $69/month

  • 500 products
  • 500 orders
  • 3 integrations
  • 2 staff accounts

Scale - $99/month

  • 1,000 products
  • 1,000 orders
  • 3 integrations
  • 2 staff accounts

Business - $149/month

  • 2,500 products
  • 1,500 orders
  • 3 integrations
  • 3 staff accounts

Pro - $199/month

  • 5,000 products
  • 2,500 orders
  • 3 integrations
  • 3 staff accounts

Advanced - $299/month

  • 10,000 products
  • 4,000 orders
  • 3 integrations
  • 3 staff accounts

Mega Catalog - $399/month

  • 30,000 products
  • 6,000 orders
  • 3 integrations
  • 4 staff accounts

Why so many tiers? Because catalogs vary wildly. A maker selling 150 SKUs on Faire doesn't need the same plan as a brand pushing 20,000 SKUs across Shopify, TikTok, and Amazon. The ladder lets you pay for what you actually use.

What happens if you go over the limit?

Two answers, depending on what you're going over.

Products and orders: if you exceed the included amounts in a billing cycle, LinkSyncSell automatically bills the overage at a per-unit rate - and there's a hard monthly cap so you can't get blindsided by a runaway invoice. Overage rates per product start at $0.25 on Starter and get progressively cheaper as you move up the ladder, down to $0.02 on Mega Catalog. Order overage is a flat $0.02 per order on most plans. Monthly caps range from $999 on smaller plans up to $1,999 on Advanced and Mega Catalog.

Integrations and staff seats: these aren't usage-billed. If you need more than your plan includes, you buy them as add-ons (more on that next).

If you ever want to see where you stand in the current cycle, the Current plan tab on the Plan & Billing page has a usage panel that breaks it all down live.

Add-ons: Extra Integrations and Staff Seats

Sometimes you don't need a bigger plan - you just need one more sales channel or one more teammate. That's what add-ons are for. Instead of jumping a tier, you can tack on:

  • An extra integration slot for $5/month
  • An extra staff seat for $5/month

Add-ons appear on the same monthly invoice as your plan, and you can add or remove them whenever you change your subscription. Add-ons aren't available on the Free plan - they're a paid-plan thing.

Supported Selling Platforms

You can currently connect:

  • Shopify
  • Faire
  • Amazon
  • TikTok Shop

Each platform you connect uses one integration slot from your plan (or one of your purchased add-on slots).

Viewing Your Current Plan

Open Plan & Billing from the left sidebar. The page has four tabs:

  • Current plan - your active plan, what's included, and a live usage panel for the current billing cycle.
  • Upgrade plan - the plan slider, the add-on customizer, and a side-by-side comparison table.
  • Payments - manage your payment methods through Stripe.
  • Invoices - download past invoices, including line items for any overage or add-ons.

Upgrading or Changing Plans

Head to Plan & Billing → Upgrade plan and walk through three quick steps:

  1. Pick a plan on the slider.
  2. Choose how many integrations you want. The default matches your plan's included slots; bump it up to buy extra slots at $5/month each.
  3. Choose how many staff accounts you want. Same idea - included seats are free, extras are $5/month.

A summary card on the right shows your total monthly cost in real time. When you click Activate subscription (first time) or Update subscription (already paying), the change processes immediately. If you don't have a default payment method on file yet, you'll get bounced to Stripe Checkout to add a card; otherwise it's done in one click. New features become available right away - no waiting period.

Downgrading

You can switch to a smaller plan from the same screen, with one rule: your current usage has to fit the smaller plan's included limits. If you have five integrations connected, you can't drop to a plan that only includes three until you disconnect a couple. The screen will tell you exactly what's blocking the downgrade.

We handle proration automatically, so you won't get double-charged for the part of the cycle you've already paid for.

One quirk worth knowing: once your account has ever been on a paid plan, the Free plan is removed from the upgrade options. You can still cancel to revert to Free - but you can't pick it from the slider anymore.

Cancelling

Open Plan & Billing → Current plan and use the cancel option on your paid subscription. On Stripe, the subscription stays active until the end of the current billing cycle and then closes - no final charge after that. On Shopify, the subscription closes immediately and Shopify stops the recurring charge from its side.

Heads-up on what happens after cancellation. Your products, integrations, and account data are not deleted, but once the subscription ends LinkSyncSell needs an active plan to keep working - the app gates most features behind a subscription. Two more things to know:

  • You won't be moved back to Free automatically. After cancellation your company has no active plan.
  • You can't re-select the Free plan either. Once your account has ever been on a paid plan, Free disappears from the plan picker. To regain access you'll need to pick one of the paid plans.

The Free plan itself isn't cancellable; there's nothing to cancel.

Cancelling on Shopify by uninstalling the app

If you installed LinkSyncSell from the Shopify App Store and you uninstall the app from your Shopify admin, Shopify automatically stops the recurring charge - that's standard for any Shopify app. On our side we disconnect the Shopify integration when the uninstall webhook comes in. Your other connected platforms, your products, and your account stay intact - but the next time you log in, billing will run through Stripe instead of Shopify, and you'll need an active plan to use the app.

Tips & Notes

Not sure which plan to pick? Start on Starter or Growth. With overage caps in place you can grow into your plan instead of guessing upfront, and you can move to a bigger plan any time without losing anything.

Staff seats are per company. If you belong to multiple LinkSyncSell companies, each one tracks seats independently.

Billing runs through Stripe for paid plans. If you installed LinkSyncSell through the Shopify App Store, you can alternatively be billed through Shopify.

Troubleshooting

I was charged unexpectedly.

Open Plan & Billing → Invoices. Overages and add-ons show up as separate line items, which usually explains it. If something still doesn't add up, contact LinkSyncSell support.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Plan & Billing → Current plan → cancel. On Stripe the subscription stays active until the end of the current billing cycle and then closes. On Shopify it closes immediately (uninstall integration). Either way, after cancellation you'll need to pick a paid plan to keep using the app - Free is not available once your account has ever been on a paid plan.

Can I get a refund?

Reach out to LinkSyncSell support to discuss eligibility. Refund policies are spelled out in the Terms of Service.

I upgraded but I can't see the new features.

Refresh the browser. If they're still missing, sign out and back in. If that doesn't fix it, contact support with your account details.

I hit my product or order limit mid-cycle.

You'll start incurring overage at the per-unit rate for your plan, up to your monthly cap. If you expect to stay above the included tier going forward, upgrading is usually cheaper than paying overage every month.

I'm on Free and I was asked for a card.

That's expected when billing runs through Stripe - the card is collected through a Stripe setup session and is never charged while you're on Free. It just sits on file so the upgrade flow is one click later. Shopify-billed accounts don't see this prompt.
