How LinkSyncSell Billing Works

Updated July 2026 ยท Plan & Billing

Overview

LinkSyncSell offers two billing methods depending on how you joined our platform. Your billing method is determined at the time of registration and plan activation.

Shopify Billing

If you installed LinkSyncSell directly from the Shopify App Store, your subscription is managed through Shopify Billing.

  • Your subscription charges will appear on your Shopify invoice
  • Plan upgrades, downgrades, and cancellations are managed through your Shopify Admin
  • To cancel, simply uninstall LinkSyncSell from your Shopify Admin > Settings > Apps and Sales Channels
  • Billing cycles and proration are handled automatically by Shopify

Stripe Billing (Direct)

If you signed up through the LinkSyncSell website or any channel outside the Shopify App Store, your subscription is managed through our billing system powered by Stripe.

  • Your subscription charges will appear on your credit card or payment method on file
  • Plan upgrades, downgrades, and cancellations are managed through your LinkSyncSell account settings
  • You will receive email invoices for every billing cycle
  • To cancel, go to your LinkSyncSell account > Plan & Billing > Manage Your Plan > Cancel Subscription

Billing Provider Changes

In some cases, your billing provider may change after your account is created. For example, if your subscription is billed through Shopify and you later disconnect or uninstall your Shopify store from LinkSyncSell while continuing to use the platform, billing will automatically be migrated to Stripe. After the migration, subscription charges, invoices, and plan management will be handled through your LinkSyncSell account rather than Shopify.

Pricing Plans

All plans are the same regardless of your billing method. View our full pricing breakdown at linksyncsell.com/pricing.

Usage-Based Charges

In addition to your base plan, the following usage-based charges may apply:

  • Order overage fee: A $0.02 per order fee applies for orders exceeding your plan's free order limit per 30-day billing cycle (capped per plan)
  • Product overage fee: A per-product fee applies for products exceeding your plan's product limit per 30-day billing cycle (capped per plan)
  • Additional Users fee: Each subscription plan includes a set number of user accounts. The number of included users varies by plan, starting at 2 users on lower-tier plans and increasing up to 4 users on higher-tier plans. If you need more users than your plan includes, additional user accounts can be added for $5 per user per billing cycle.
