Syncing Prices from a Platform
Overview
Prices in LinkSyncSell are kept up to date with your connected platforms automatically. There is no separate "sync prices" button inside the Price Manager - instead, prices are refreshed by a daily sync, and you can trigger an immediate refresh from the Product Attribute Editor when you need one.
How Prices Are Updated
Automatic daily sync
LinkSyncSell runs an automatic sync once per day, at approximately 4am in your company's configured timezone. This sync pulls the latest prices (along with inventory and status) from every connected platform - Shopify, Faire, TikTok Shop and Amazon. You don't need to do anything; updated prices appear in the Price Manager after the sync runs.
Getting an immediate refresh
If you've just changed a price directly on a platform and don't want to wait for the daily sync, run a manual product sync:
- Go to Catalog > Product Attribute Editor
- Select the platform tab you want to refresh
- Click Sync Product Changes
- Go to Help & Records > Process Log to monitor progress
This re-pulls the latest product data - including prices - for the listings already imported into LinkSyncSell. Once it finishes, return to the Price Manager to see the updated prices.
Tips & Notes
Troubleshooting
Prices are still showing old values.
Prices update on the daily sync (around 4am in your timezone). If you need them sooner, run Sync Product Changes from the Product Attribute Editor, then refresh the Price Manager. If prices still don't update, check the Process Log for sync errors.
I changed a price on a platform but LinkSyncSell hasn't picked it up.
LinkSyncSell doesn't update prices the instant they change on a platform. Either wait for the next daily sync or run a manual Sync Product Changes for that platform. If it still doesn't reflect, verify the platform is still connected under Connect Platforms.
