Reporting, Exports & Records
Overview
Common questions about reporting, exporting data, and the activity logs.
What reports are available today?
The By Hour Revenue and Count of Orders report covers revenue, order count, and Average Order Value by hour for any selected day, with optional comparison to the prior day or week and a per-platform breakdown. More reports are on the roadmap. The day-over-day and week-over-week comparison is available only when a single day is selected, not for date ranges.
Can I see data from before I signed up?
Reporting starts from the moment your platforms are connected. How far back historical data goes depends on what each marketplace's API exposes, typically the past 30 to 90 days for most platforms.
What file format are exports and imports?
Exports are XLSX (Excel), and imports use the same XLSX format. The export and import files share the same column structure, so you can export, edit in Excel, and re-import without converting files. Note: CSV is not supported - only .xlsx files can be uploaded.
Can I import data for just one platform at a time?
Yes. The file has per-platform columns. Only the columns you fill in get pushed; the platforms whose columns you leave blank are untouched.
Where do I find my past exports and imports?
Completed exports are available in the Export Center, where download links remain available for 7 days before they are automatically removed. Past imports, including their status and any validation issues, are listed in Import History.
Can audit log entries be edited or deleted?
No. User Audit Trail entries are immutable - once written, they can be viewed but never edited or manually deleted, which is what makes the log trustworthy for compliance. Entries are retained for a fixed period and then automatically pruned; they are never altered or removed by hand.
What is the difference between the User Audit Trail and the Process Log?
The User Audit Trail records who did what and when (user actions). The Process Log is a technical record of sync, import, and system processes, which is useful for troubleshooting.
