Overview

Fixes for products that aren't linking correctly or appear in the wrong place.

My products aren't auto-linking even though the SKUs look the same.

Check for hidden or non-standard characters and for leading or in-between spaces - these are the usual culprits behind SKUs that look identical but don't match. Capitalization on its own does not break matching (Mug-Blue-001 and mug-blue-001 are treated as the same SKU). Export your product list from each platform and compare the SKU columns side by side to spot mismatches. On TikTok, the field that is matched is the Seller SKU.

The same product appears twice in my catalog.

This usually means each listing created its own separate Master Product because their SKUs didn't match. Go to Catalog > Link Products, open the listing you want to move, and use Reassign to place it under the other listing's Master Product. (There is no "merge" action - reassigning one listing onto the other's Master Product is how you combine them.)

A product is linked to the wrong Master Product.

Go to Catalog > Link Products > Master Product List, find the listing, and use Reassign to move it to the correct Master Product.

A listing is flagged for a duplicate SKU.

Two products on the same platform share a SKU. Fix the duplicate in that platform's seller dashboard so each product has a unique SKU, then re-sync the platform.

I added a SKU to a listing, but it's still in Listings That Need Attention.

Listings in Listings That Need Attention are not linked to any Master Product yet, so auto-matching will run again the next time the listing is synced. After adding the SKU on the platform, re-sync that platform (or wait for the daily sync) and the listing will be matched on its new SKU - you don't need to unlink it first. If you'd rather not wait for a sync, link it manually in Link Products.

A product shows in Single Platform Products even though I sell it on more than one platform.

The listings on the other platforms aren't linked to this Master Product. Search for the product on the Master Product List tab to see which platforms are linked, and check Listings That Need Attention for the unlinked listing.
