Common questions about plans, product limits, and billing.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. The free plan includes up to 10 products, 2 platform integrations, and 1 staff account. A credit card is required to activate any plan. The free plan does not include the Unified Order View. To use it, you will need a paid plan.
How are products counted?
Your product count is the total number of products imported across all connected platforms, plus any products created directly in LinkSyncSell. Each unique product listing counts as one. Variants within a product do not count separately.
What happens if I exceed my product limit?
On a paid plan, products above your allowance are charged at your plan's per-product overage rate, and overage charges are capped per billing cycle. You are not cut off; a red alert banner appears letting you know, and you can upgrade at any time to raise your allowance. On the free plan there is no overage: once you reach the 10-product limit, importing or creating more products is blocked until you upgrade.
How do additional platforms and staff accounts work?
Paid plans include a set number of platform integrations and staff accounts depending on the tier. You can add more at any time for an additional monthly fee per platform or per staff account. Extra staff accounts are unlimited; extra platform integrations are capped at two above your plan's included amount.
Can I change or cancel my plan anytime?
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time with no cancellation fee. Plan changes - both upgrades and downgrades - take effect immediately, so before downgrading make sure your platform and staff counts already fit within the lower plan. If you cancel a card-billed (Stripe) subscription, it stays active until the end of your current billing period and then ends; if your billing runs through Shopify, cancellation takes effect right away.
Where can I see my current usage and allowances?
On the Plan & Billing page. It shows your current plan, your product, order, platform, and staff allowances, your current usage, and daily count charts.
