Faire - Creating a New Product Listing
Overview
Create a new wholesale listing on Faire from LinkSyncSell without logging into your Faire brand account.
Prerequisites
- Faire account connected in Connect Platforms
- An active subscription (product editing and posting require an active plan)
Steps
- Go to Catalog > Product Attribute Editor
- Select the Faire tab
- Click the Create New Product button
- Fill in the listing fields.
The following are required (marked with a red asterisk):
- Title and description
- Photos
- Wholesale Price (what retailers pay you) for each variant
- Retail Price (suggested retail price for end customers) for each variant
Also complete:
- Category
- Variant options for each variant
- SKU and inventory quantity per variant
Choose how to save:
- Save Local Draft (App) - saves the listing in LinkSyncSell only, not on Faire
- Save Draft (Faire) - creates a Draft on both LinkSyncSell and Faire
Once the Draft exists on Faire, open it again and change the Status to Published to make it live.

Note: Both Wholesale Price and Retail Price are required for Faire listings. Wholesale Price is what retailers pay you. Retail Price is what you suggest they charge their customers.

Tip: Set your Retail Price to reflect a realistic suggested retail markup. Retailers use this as a reference - having a well-considered Retail Price helps them price competitively.

Note: All changes are logged in the Process Log and User Audit Trail.
Troubleshooting
Missing Wholesale or Retail Price error.
Both price fields are required on Faire. Make sure you've entered a value for both before saving to the platform.
