Common questions about the Unified Order View.

How often do orders sync?

Orders sync from each platform on a continuous schedule, and most new orders appear within minutes. Platforms that support webhooks (Shopify and TikTok Shop) deliver within seconds. Platforms without order webhooks (Amazon and Faire) are polled about every 15 minutes, so those orders can take up to roughly that long to appear.

Can I fulfill orders directly from LinkSyncSell?

Not yet. The Unified Order View focuses on order visibility, filtering, and exporting for review, accounting, or analysis. Direct fulfillment actions such as printing labels or marking orders shipped are on the roadmap.

Can I filter by ship-by date?

Yes. Use the Cut Off Date setting at the top of the order list to narrow the view (Today, Yesterday, 2 to 7 days ago, or a custom number of days) to orders that need to ship by that deadline.

Does this work for Faire wholesale orders?

Yes. Faire wholesale orders appear in the same unified view alongside your other channels, with their platform shown in the order list plus payment status and ship-by date. You can filter by platform to handle Faire orders separately when your fulfillment process differs.

Is the Unified Order View available on the free plan?

No. The Unified Order View is included on paid plans. The free plan supports up to 10 products and 2 platform integrations but does not include unified order management.
