Search, Filters, Sorting & Column Management (Price Manager)

Overview

Find the products you need quickly and customize your Price Manager view to focus on what matters most to you.

Searching

Use the search bar at the top of the table to find products by SKU, Master Product Name, Product or Variant Name etc. Enter your search term and the table filters to matching results.

Filtering

Available filters are grouped into general filters and per-platform filters.

General filters (apply across all platforms):

Search - free-text search; finds products by SKU, Master Product Name and more
SKU - find specific variants by SKU
Master Product - filter by master product name
Creation Date - filter by when the product was created
Last Modified - filter by when the product was last changed
Listing doesn't exist - show products missing a listing on a selected platform
Has Listing Issues - show only products with listing-level problems
Has Pricing Issues - show only products with pricing problems

Per-platform filters (shown for each connected platform):

Product Status - filter by the listing's status on that platform
Category - filter by the platform category
Apply Min/Max Rules - filter by whether min/max rules are On or Off
Variant Status - Hidden or Visible (on platforms that track variant-level status)
Price - filter by price range (all platforms except Faire)
Compare At Price - price range (Shopify only)
Wholesale Price and Retail Price - price ranges (Faire only)
Estimated Profit - filter by estimated profit range
Profit Margin - filter by profit margin range
Profit Health - filter by profit health (Red, Yellow, Green)
Shopify also adds: Sell when OOS?, Vendor, Product Type, Collection Type and Tag.

Tip: Use the Has Pricing Issues filter after a bulk update or import to quickly spot any products that need your attention. You can review and resolve flagged items without having to scroll through your entire catalog.

Sorting

Click a sortable column header to sort the table by that column, and click it again to reverse the sort order. Most price and profit columns are sortable (Master Product Name, Variant SKU, Price, Minimum Price, Maximum Price, Wholesale Price, Estimated Profit and Profit Margin). A few columns can't be sorted - Variant URL, Apply Min/Max Rules, Compare At Price and List Price. Sorting by price is useful for quickly finding your most or least expensive items.

Managing Columns

Use the column management tool to show or hide specific price fields or platform groups. If you're only working with two or three platforms right now, hiding the others keeps the table clean and makes it easier to focus. You can also resize table columns by dragging the header column.

Tips & Notes

Tip: If you manage a large catalog, combine filters with search for the fastest results. For example, filter by a specific platform and then search by SKU to jump straight to the variant you need.

Note: Column visibility settings are saved per user, per company and per page, so your customized view will be there the next time you log in. If you belong to more than one company, each company keeps its own column layout.

Troubleshooting

Can't find a product.

Try searching by SKU if a name search isn't returning results. SKUs are unique identifiers, so they'll always find the exact variant you're looking for.

Filters are returning no results.

Clear all active filters and try again. An accidentally applied filter from a previous session can make it look like products are missing.
