Overview
LinkSyncSell has a mobile app for iOS and Android that gives you visibility into your business on the go. With it you can get push notifications for new orders and order-status changes, check your sales and revenue, browse your latest orders, open an order's details, and view by-hour reporting. The app is built for monitoring; bulk actions and editing stay on the desktop dashboard.
Who Can Use the App
The mobile app requires a paid plan. On the free plan the app is locked - after signing in you'll see an "upgrade required" screen instead of the dashboard, so there are no revenue figures, no order view, no reporting, and no order notifications. To use any of the app's features, you need an active paid subscription. (You can still sign in with your free-plan account, but you won't be able to access the app's screens until you upgrade.)
Getting the App
Download LinkSyncSell for free from the Apple App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android), open it, and sign in.
What You Can Do in the App
The home screen is your hub - it opens on a snapshot of your business, with everything a tap away:
- Get notified when a new order arrives or an order's status changes
- See your total revenue, order count, and average order value at a glance
- Browse your latest orders and open any order's full details
- Dive into by-hour revenue and order reporting, either from the home screen's hourly graph or the "View Hourly Report" button
What the App Does Not Do (Yet)
Fulfillment actions (such as printing labels or marking orders shipped) and editing listings happen on the desktop dashboard. The current app is focused on visibility.
