Overview

The app keeps you informed with push notifications and an in-app notifications list. Order notifications require a paid plan.

The Notifications List

Tap the bell in the top bar to see your notifications, newest first. Opening the panel marks them as read. Each notification has an embedded link that takes you to the relevant place - "View Order Details" for an order, or "View hourly breakdown" for a daily revenue summary. To dismiss a notification, tap the X. You get a 5-second window to Undo before it's removed for good.

Notification Settings

In Settings > Push Notifications, turn each type on or off:

New Orders - get notified when a new order is received.
Order Status Updates - get notified when an order's status changes (for example, shipped, delivered, or canceled).
Daily Revenue Summary - get a summary of the previous day's revenue, sent at a time you choose. You set the send time in your company's timezone.

How Fast Are Alerts

Alerts are sent as soon as we receive the order. Platforms that support webhooks (Shopify and TikTok Shop) deliver within seconds, while polled platforms (Amazon and Faire) are checked about every 15 minutes.

Turning Notifications Off

You can disable push notifications from the app's settings, and your phone's standard iOS or Android notification controls also apply.
