Common questions about managing prices across your platforms.

Which platforms does the Price Manager support?

Shopify, Amazon, TikTok Shop, and Faire. Once a platform is connected, its prices appear in the Price Manager.

Are my price changes applied immediately?

No. Inline edits and bulk actions stay as unsaved changes until you click Save & Publish and confirm. After you confirm, the updates queue to each marketplace through its API. Some platforms apply changes in seconds, others take a few minutes depending on how much is being updated. You can track each step in the Process Log.

What is the difference between Retail, Wholesale, Compare-At, and List Price?

Retail is your standard selling price. Wholesale is the B2B price on Faire. Compare-At is the "original" strike-through price used to show a discount on Shopify. List Price is Amazon's list/MSRP price field.

Can I undo a bulk price update?

Every bulk change is recorded in the Process Log. We recommend exporting your prices before a large bulk update so you have a fast way to roll back if needed.

Can I set minimum and maximum price limits?

Yes. You can configure Min/Max Rules - minimum and maximum price limits set per variant and per platform. These protect you from accidentally pushing a price below your floor or above your ceiling during bulk edits or price imports.
